‘sportsfit’ After School Program

Fitness 365 organizes 'sportsfit' - India's most complete Sports and Fitness program for School Children at Schools across India. 

Fitness365 uses drills of Cricket, Football, Volleyball and Basketball to improve the motor fitness – Agility, Speed, Flexibility, Balance and Strength..

Fitness365 also uses Minor Games to help children to improve their physical fitness and motor skills Each student plays all the 4 Sports, all days in a week (except for Sunday). Structured Lessons in 4 Sports are given by Expert Coaches to Students. At the end of every Quarter, students are given comprehensive assessment reports of their Sports and Fitness Skills, based on which they are further groomed.

A shorter version of the program is also organised in the months of May, June and July in form of Summer Program. On the final day of the program, all students will be given Fitness Assessment Card and a Participation Certificate by a Celebrity.
