Rabindranath world school, Gurugram, celebrated its Annual Day on 30th November, 2019, at Airforce Auditorium, New Delhi, amidst great zest, vibrancy and elation. The occasion was graced by the benign presence of renowned author, Mr. Harinder Singh Sikka. The programme commenced with the lighting of ceremonial lamp by the school Director, Mrs. Manisha Singh. The cultural event titled as “ Trithi” was a true reflection of vibrant and glorious India, portraying the Medieval Golden period, Era of Independence and Modern period. The elegant and magnificent performances mesmerised the audience and offered a visual treat to all. The glitters of RWS rejuvenated everyone with their scintillating footsteps and transported the audience into the world of fantasy. The riveting performances drew an unceasing applause from the spectators. The enthusiastic students danced on the floor with grace and poise. The Chief Guest, Mr. Harinder Singh Sikka appreciated the efforts of students and teachers who had strived hard to put up such a brilliant show. He urged students to hone and sharpen their talents and potentials to carve a niche not only to bring laurels to school but also aim to bring glory to the nation as well. He motivated students to work hard to achieve success in their life. The Principal, Mr. Gaurav Tomar, proposed vote of thanks and expressed his gratitude to the RWS family for their tireless effort to make the function a grand success.
