Rabindranath World school, Gurgaon recently organised a fun-filled trip to Vishalgarh farm for the students of classes 1 to 8. The farm is nestled in the heart of the Aravalli hills and is one of the best not only for picnic, but is great hands-on experience on what is called an authentic rural experience and depiction of vibrant culture of a typical Indian village.
During the trip, delicious meals were served by warm and friendly staff, followed by various thrilling exciting sport activities as zipline, commando crawl, Tarzan swing, Burma bridge, etc. The students were highly elated and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of music and Kalbelia dance, indoor games and sports like darts, gun-shooting, basket net ball and rural domestic activities like pottery, watching still pictures on bioscope. They also had the first- hand experience of camel riding and bullock cart riding. Overall, the field trip to the farms collaborated with fun, frolic and knowledge of new ethnicity was a memorable affair for all.
