Seminar on Bullying and Boundaries

A seminar on "Bullying and Boundaries" was conducted for the students of Classes III, IV and V to promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment. The session aimed to help students understand what bullying is, recognize its different forms, and learn the importance of respecting personal boundaries.

Through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and engaging activities, students were encouraged to treat others with kindness, empathy, and respect. They also learned practical ways to respond to bullying, seek help from trusted adults, and support peers who may be experiencing bullying.

The seminar concluded with a pledge by the students to be kind, respect each other's boundaries, and contribute towards making the school a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

Rabindranath World School proudly hosted the GPSC Inter School Lawn Tennis Tournament 2026–27 on 16th and 17th July 2026, bringing together talented young tennis players from more than 13 prestigious schools. The two-day tournament was a remarkable celebration of sporting excellence, teamwork, and healthy competition.

The tournament was inaugurated by our esteemed Vice Chairman, Mr. Gaurav Tomar, whose inspiring address motivated the participants to play with confidence, determination, and the true spirit of sportsmanship. His encouraging words set a positive and energetic tone for the event.

The championship featured exciting matches in the Under-8, Under-10, and Under-14 categories. Throughout the tournament, the young athletes displayed exceptional skill, discipline, resilience, and determination, making every match an exciting spectacle for the spectators.

The event provided an excellent platform for budding tennis players to showcase their talent, interact with peers from different schools, and gain valuable competitive experience. The enthusiastic participation, seamless organisation, and vibrant sporting spirit made the tournament a grand success.

The tournament concluded with St. Xavier's School being crowned the Overall Champions. G.D. Goenka Public School, Sector 48 secured the Runner-up position, while Delhi Public School, Sector 45 finished as the Second Runner-up.

The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by our respected Principal, Ms. Vanita Baghla, and Head Mistress, Mrs. Shilpa Dikshit, who expressed their gratitude to all the participating schools, coaches, officials, volunteers, and supporters for their invaluable contribution to the success of the tournament.

Rabindranath World School proudly celebrated its Annual Award Ceremony on 12th July 2026, honouring the remarkable academic achievements and all-round excellence of its students for the 2025–26 academic session.

The programme commenced on an auspicious note with the Ceremonial Lamp Lighting, symbolising the light of knowledge, wisdom, and new beginnings. This was followed by a graceful Welcome Dance presented by the students, setting a vibrant and celebratory tone for the event.

The gathering was warmly welcomed by the Principal, Ms. Vanita Baghla, who addressed the parents and appreciated their unwavering support and partnership in nurturing the students. In her inspiring speech, she congratulated the award recipients and encouraged every child to strive for excellence with dedication, perseverance, and integrity.

The much-awaited award presentation began with the Pre-Primary Wing, followed by the Primary, Middle, and Senior Wings. Students who had demonstrated exceptional academic performance and holistic development during the previous academic session were felicitated with Academic Excellence and All-Rounder trophies. The proud smiles of the awardees and the enthusiastic applause from parents and teachers made the occasion truly memorable.

Towards the conclusion of the programme, Chairman, Wing Commander Y. S. Tomar, addressed the gathering with his motivating words. He congratulated the students on their accomplishments and inspired them to continue pursuing excellence while upholding strong values and discipline.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by the Head Mistress, Mrs. Shilpa Dikshit, who expressed her sincere gratitude to the management, parents, teachers, students, and all those who contributed to making the event a grand success.

The Award Ceremony was a proud celebration of hard work, determination, and success, inspiring every student to continue reaching greater heights in the years to come.
