We recently hosted a successful Orientation Day for new students and their parents, marking the beginning of a new academic year. The event was designed to provide a warm welcome, essential information, and a sneak peek into school life.

The Orientation Day program included a comprehensive overview of the school's vision, mission, and values, as well as its academic programs, extracurricular activities, and facilities. Our Principal, Mrs. Poonam Grover, delivered a heartfelt welcome address, emphasizing the importance of community, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

New students and parents had the opportunity to meet our experienced and dedicated teachers, who introduced themselves and shared insights into their teaching philosophies and classroom expectations. Our staff members were also on hand to provide information on administrative procedures, student services, and support systems.

A guided campus tour allowed new students and parents to explore our state-of-the-art facilities, including modern classrooms, science laboratories, libraries, and sports infrastructure. Our student ambassadors were delighted to showcase their school pride and share their own experiences and tips for navigating the campus.

A Q&A session provided an opportunity for new students and parents to ask questions, clarify doubts, and seek advice from our teachers and staff. The event also offered valuable networking opportunities, allowing families to connect with one another and establish relationships that will last throughout their time at [School Name].

We proudly celebrated the graduation of our young scholars from Kindergarten to 5th grade on 22nd march 2025. The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the academic journey of our students, as they prepared to embark on new challenges and adventures. With inspirational speeches, outstanding performances, and award ceremonies, the event was a vibrant celebration of our students' achievements and talents, and we couldn't be prouder of their growth, accomplishments, and bright futures ahead!

The ceremony was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our students, and we are grateful to our teachers and staff for their tireless efforts in nurturing and guiding them.

A Professional Development Workshop for Teachers by Geetika Singh Effective leadership is the backbone of any successful educational institution. Transformational leadership, in particular, has the power to inspire and motivate teachers, students, and staff to work towards a common goal. We organized a professional development workshop, "Transformational Leadership," conducted by the renowned educator and leadership expert, Geetika Singh. The workshop aimed to empower our teachers with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to become transformational leaders in their own right. The primary objective of the workshop was to equip our teachers with the understanding and skills required to:
- Develop a growth mindset and a vision for transformative leadership
- Build trust, credibility, and strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence and well-being
- Empower students to take ownership of their learning and become active participants in the educational process
- Develop strategies for managing change, conflict, and challenging situations effectively The workshop, featured a range of interactive and engaging sessions, including:
- Keynote presentations on the principles and practices of transformational leadership
- Group discussions and case studies on building trust, credibility, and strong relationships
- Hands-on activities and simulations on fostering a positive and inclusive school culture

This initiative aimed to empower our educators with innovative strategies and techniques to build a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a culture of happiness, empathy, and mutual respect among students, teachers, and staff.
The primary objective of the workshop was to equip our teachers with practical tools and insights to:
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster effective communication and relationships with students
- Promote emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-awareness
- Develop strategies for managing classroom behavior and promoting student engagement 
           The workshop, was led by expert facilitators who shared their expertise and experience in creating happy classrooms. The interactive sessions included:

- Presentations on positive reinforcement, emotional intelligence, and effective communication
