We gathered in RWS school auditorium on 4th August 2023, to celebrate and recognize a momentous occasion - the Investiture Ceremony. This event marks a significant milestone in the lives of our students, as we entrust them with positions of responsibility and leadership within the school community. The ceremony represents the passing of the torch from one generation to the next, as we witness the transformation of young individuals into confident and capable leaders.

Our school has always believed in nurturing holistic development, not only focusing on academic excellence but also fostering qualities like leadership, integrity, and empathy. The Investiture Ceremony exemplifies our commitment to this vision, as we select students who have demonstrated exceptional qualities and have consistently upheld the values that Rabindranath World School holds dear.

During this ceremony, we bestowed various leadership positions upon our deserving students. These positions, be it Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, Cultural Secretaries, Sports Captains or Prefects, come with great responsibility. They will be entrusted with the task of leading their peers, serving as role models, and upholding the school's values and traditions.

The Investiture Ceremony is not only an acknowledgment of the selected students' capabilities but also an opportunity for all our students to witness and learn from the qualities that make a great leader. As they take their oath today, we encourage all our students to imbibe these values and aspire to lead by example, no matter what position they hold within the school community.
To our newly appointed student leaders, we say - with great power comes great responsibility. As you embark on this journey of leadership, remember that you are not alone. You have the support of your peers, teachers, and the entire RWS community.
